Insurance Information
The Vision Protection Institutes participate in Medicare and most major private PPO insurance plans. What, and how much, of your care will be covered by your insurance depends on the plan you have selected. We are happy to answer any billing questions you may have.
Important note: When you make your first appointment we will request a credit card number. A fee of $125.00 will be charged to your card should you fail to keep your appointment without 24 hours prior notification.
